A make-up lesson may just be the thing to give you the confidence when applying your own make-up to ensure you look your best. The make-up lesson(s) give you the opportunity to learn professional but practical everyday or evening make-up techniques and tips at the location of your choice.

The lesson itself involves a ‘show and practice’ approach. I demonstrate the key steps to achieving a professional and long lasting makeup look on one side of your face and then I observe and provide helpful tips and advice whilst you do the other side. The method allows you to practice during the session to help you learn the skills and techniques demonstrated thus helping to  build confidence in your makeup application.

The make-up application takes a step-by-step approach from preparing the skin and brows, followed by a natural day makeup which is then turned into an evening makeup look.

GETTING MARRIED ABROAD?

The bridal lesson has been developed following many requests from brides who, for various reasons, are unable to have a make-up artist visit them on the morning of their wedding. Perhaps they are getting married abroad, or are simply trying to keep costs to a minimum.

The lesson itself will cover every stage of make-up application from base to lips and will be uniquely personalised using the best colours and products for the bride’s colouring and skin type. Tips and techniques will be discussed on how to achieve long lasting, low maintenance make-up throughout the day and evening, ensuring the look will be as stunning on camera as it is to the eye.

Brides are invited to bring their existing make-up bag with them plus magazine cuttings of wedding make-up looks they would like to achieve.

An aftercare service is included in the price of the lesson. This means that further questions and requests for advice on recreating your lesson look can be done at any stage up until the day of the wedding.
